Green Smoothie
Whole fruit and greens with coconut water make this a hydrating treat for post yoga.
- 1/4 cup frozen mango
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup fresh pineapple can be cut and frozen in ziplock
- 1 scoop protein powder or collagen supplement
- 1 handful fresh baby spinach
- coconut water
- 3 apple wedges
