Sunny Day Martini

Hendrick's gin and St Germaine are always good together but add orange and white cranberry and it's sunshine in a sexy glass!

Equipment

  • Muddler
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Cocktail Strainer
  • Sexy Martini Glass

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 ounces Hendrick's Gin
  • 1 ounce St. Germaine
  • 1 wedge fresh orange
  • 3 dashes Angostura Orange Bitters
  • 2 ounces White Cranberry Juice
  • .5 ounces simple syrup I like to make my own with equal parts of sugar and water. Heat til sugar dissolves and chill. Store in the fridge.

Instructions
 

  • Muddle the orange in the cocktail shaker. Add all other ingredients. Fill with ice and shake for at least 30 seconds. Strain into a sexy martini glass or coupe and garnish with a cherry or orange twist.
