Sundried Tomato Tapenade
Super fresh and easy tapenade! You can use this for so much, bruschetta bar, pasta sauce, in a omelet, or even on a pizza. Use either dried or oil packed sun dried tomatoes. I prefer the dried because the store for longer and I can add my choice of quality olive oil to them.

- small chopper or blender
Ingredients
- ½ cup sundried tomatoes, dried or in oil If you use in oil drain them well.
- 1 cup fresh cherry or grape tomatoes
- 3 tbsp good quality extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup chopped fresh basil
- 1 tsp minced garlic, optional
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in the small chopper and pulse until coarsely blended. If too dry add more EVOO.
