Shrimp in Brown Butter Sauce
Super simple and flavorful shrimp dish that can be served tossed with pasta or over rice. I served it this week over Sweet Potato Sage Risotto and it was fantastic! Even though this only take a few minutes to cook, the butter can easily burn and make sure not to over cook the shrimp at such a high temperature. Shrimp are done when they are pink and white but firm and completely opaque.
